not only that but consider Portugal with their drug use rate dropped when they made drugs legal. we have all been teenagers and one thing sticks out for me was if an adult said no you can't or it's illegal, that was like an invitation to do it. lol

Drugs will never go away...Ever...They will always be around and there is no changing that...But if they really want to lower the rate in which drugs are consumed....Apparently legalizing is the way to go.
