Idiots on ATS that know NOTHING

I suspect part of the problem stems from the "20 posts" rule that mandates new users having to make comments on subjects before they are allowed to discuss new topics, or create a post requesting information.
The places the user in a situation where rather than do the intelligent thing (contribute new information, or ask questions to get the information they need), they must jump into subjects they would otherwise not wish to comment on. By the time they meet the criteria, they have created a habit of shooting their mouths off. I'm just saying
