help looking for a old post

I'm looking for an old post where a scientist became missing when he created a motor powered by an alternate power source. There was a pattent referance and then he just disapeared.

Does anyone remember reading this Probablly about six to ten months ago?

but that wasn't it it was a post where some amercian scientist made this engine and got it pattented and then came up missing so did the pattent and his note on the machine that he made there were also referances to other machines that the goverment covered up.
