Are we allowed to use the ATS logo in avatars?

I had an idea for an avatar, are we allowed to use the ATS logo in our avatars?



That is a rough layout of my avatar idea, figured I might as well ask before I get to work on it.

Majic I was going to come in here and poke some gentle fun at what I figured to be a very well written, thorough and long reply. Imagine my horror at the brevity of your post! Guess I'll be trotting along.

I believe it's ok as it promotes ATS.

And there's my dilemma.

I absolutely can't stand people advertising other companies for free just because it's "cool"

Nike, Adidas, Victoria's Secrets etc.

I don't get the whole thing of people paying to advertise a conglomerate on their bodies for free. In any other situation, I would be paid to sport someone's logo but just because it becomes cool, we pay for the privilege to advertise for them?

I am not sure I would say it is advertising really, as I am only using it here. Now if I were to put it as my facebook profile, that would be advertising, and I would probably be officially ready for a padded room
