I get it... thanks for cluing me into this man and his love of the natural world. Still just a movie. I wanted to see the real man and his habitat. So I looked a bit further:


I don't care who people think he was "stereotyped" as, all I had to do was see him calling beavers, petting them, rescuing their babies and letting them share his cabin.

it was my first time hearing about the guy when i watched the movie two nights ago, was very cool
