Why can't we make Poll's on this site.

I have been reading one of the threads about the ad Obama's made about Sarah Palin and the thread has basically turned into "she is an idiot" "no she isn't" type of thread.
So I thought I would make a poll then remembered that we don't have one on here...why? it would add another dimension to our discussions.
So Flag this thread if you would like the option to make poll's or don't and just say why we shouldnt have them.

if everyone could make polls .. there would be hundreds a day -_- too much pooh for Ats. Maybe based on Stars or Flags; then the individual member could make a post. But I am no MoD

3. Maybe

....and this is just too much for ATS to handle.
