Nine years after his arrest in Pakistan, self-proclaimed 9/11 mastermind Khaled Sheikh Mohammed could soon be back in court for the much-awaited "trial of the century."

After years of delays, a significant step took place last week when a former aide to Mohammed, Majid Khan, accepted a plea deal with US authorities that will require him to testify against other terror suspects at a tribunal at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

So much red-tape and requirements just to get this man in court, although I agree making "deals" with his previous aides was a good idea to get more "evidence" to bring to court.

Hopefully after this trial is over and he is executed, because we know that's the end result, then some innocent people from Guantanamo Bay will be released.

Maybe the delay was set to be around election time too?

Too bad that the ones who were formally icons of the U.S. government will not face that type of justice. We can make up names all day and say this person did it. Why is KSM facing military court, and not supreme? What can they definitely be hiding?

Until Larry Silverstein, Frank Lowy, and the rest of their Zionist minions are brought to court over their involvements in 9-11, (and found guilty) there will be no justice for the true "masterminds" of 9-11.

I want somebody to tell me how KSM was able to get *his* hijackers to speak English with an Israeli accent.

Exactly, probably don't want the names of his FBI handlers to leak out. Plus a "public court" would require "evidence" for a conviction and since they classified all the evidence from that day.....
As long as the public continue to hate "rag heads" we can continue to bomb the # out of them, happy days!

Oh yeah he bombed the WTC in 1993 and Clinton had a chance to capture/kill him but didn't.

In other words, why hasn't this guy been killed yet?

According to all the news outlets, OBL created 9/11.
That's why we killed him and that helicopter got shot down.

Which puzzles me, what is going to happen to his nephew Ramzi Yousef which is a major role player in all this as well...He is just as guilty as his uncle KSM...I guess they just excuse certain things and just move on eh?

Not according to the FBI, who I think know a little more about it than you. The FBI never sought OBL for 9/11 because its boss at the time said publicly that it had no evidence that OBL was involved. OBL said shortly after the terrible day that America's shadow government was behind 9/11. He was right. OBL was the patsy.

OBL was not responsible for the 1993 WTC Bombing, that was Ramzi Yousef, Mahmud Abouhalima, Mohammad Salameh, Nidal A. Ayyad, Abdul Rahman Yasin and Ahmad Ajaj. They received financing from Khaled Sheikh Mohammed, Yousef's uncle.

However, Emad Salem threw a real monkey wrench in the machine of the plan. You see, he was an FBI informant who supplied the bomb making materials to the above suspects. The FBI was supposed to give him a harmless power, and instead supplied real bomb making materials. Eham Salem was very upset about it and began to smell a set up. So Emad Salem began recording his conversations with his FBI handlers. He reveled these recordings during the court trials. Turned out, not only did the FBI know and let it happen. They supplied the materials and the plan.
