Ben Aflec co-star of the Hollywood
movie "Pearl Harbor" was wearing
the Square & Compass Masonic Ring
in the movie.

The scene was when Aflec was stationed
in Europe flying for the RAF before
Pearl Harbor was attacked.

Aflec's character was writing a letter
back to his girl in Hawaii when we
catch a glimpse of the Square & Compass.

ps Op, thanks for posting re pearl harbour, I wasnt aware of this one, its starting to look like it was a false flag so this could be relevant, however by doing this is hollywood trying to say "haha we masons did it" or "look into this, things arent as you have been told they are"

Your really clutching at straws here. First of all that just looked like an ordinary silver ring.... And Secondly if it was a compass and square like you say what significance does that hold?? It doesnt mean a thing!!!

Maybe the character was a freemason in real life and therefore they felt it necessary to include that ring.

Please tell me this is a troll thread because, I mean where is the conspiracy here?

I am not sure I see the Square and Compass bud. The photo is too low of a resolution to blow it up in photoshop, and, it looks more like a college ring to me for as best as I can zoom in on it.

If I remember correctly from the movie, both were in flight school. I think that might be a flight insignia ring, with wings.

Sorry. I see nothing that leads me to masonic rings.

In 1941 when the attack on Pearl Harbor happened, there were more than 2.4 million men in the United States who were Freemasons¹. The US population was 133 million that year². Assume half that was women. Also assume a certain percentage of the remaining males would have been under age, and you end up with the fact that about one in every 25 men in the country was a Mason. Also consider that Masonry has traditionally been popular among service men, and you must come to the conclusion that depicting these two characters as Masons is probably historically accurate.

I've seen Masonic symbols in movies before, hidden and obvious (like True Grit, very obvious) but here.... I see nothing.

I thought that we Masons had the power over Hollywood, the media, and all of the Earth?

How can such a powerful organization not be able to make sure that their symbols are properly seen during a scene...

It's pretty amazing... in one thread we rule everything...

In the next thread all we can squeeze into a movie is a blurry ring...

If you want blatant symbolism I can show you plenty of movies where it's out front and in your face...

Not a blurry picture of a ring.

I'll have to watch the movie and see if anything stands-out, but if I had to judge just by the ring shots alone, I would lean toward the negative.

movie was indeed a Master Mason.

As I mentioned, Masonry was quite popular during WWII. I guess I'm failing to see the conspiracy here, if there is one. You want to make a historically accurate depiction of military men during WWII, and you'll have a number of them be Masons. That just makes sense.

So I guess my question to you is, why is it important to even bring up here?

I see it as the movie-makers wanting to show the characters in the proper light.

No offense, but that is like making a movie about Ali and then claiming a conspiracy when the producers tell you he was Muslim.

If that is what they were, that is what they were. If the movie were trying to promote Masonry I am sure you wouldn't be asking for verification, it would be pretty obvious.

You basically solved your own conspiracy. The historical figure portrayed in the movie was a Mason. Hence, they made him a Mason in the movie.

Honestly, we don't have to hide our symbols in a movie. Everyone already knows what they are.

We are so good at being secretive about ourselves, we even list our lodges in the phone book! *GASP!* There must be some secret meaning behind this!

General Patton, Douglas MacArthur, George Marshall, Omar Bradley, Mark Wayne Clarke, Ernest King, Henry Arnold, Winston Churchill, and even John McCain Sr were all Masons. Like I've been saying it was REALLY common back then. 1 in 25 American men were Masons when the US joined the war. By 1959, that number rose to one in ten. No conspiracy, simple statement of fact.
