Nader on the Maryland Ballot

Much to the chagrin of the Democrats in the state of Maryland, Ralph Nader has been placed on the ballot. The court of appeal in Maryland stated that He met the requirements. He was being kept off the ballot because 500 registered voters signed the partition in a county they did not live in. SurveyUSA also released a poll that showed Bush and Kerry are tied in Maryland. I don't know about this, but if this is accurate, then Bush maybe heading for a big win.
