Forget Iran. The Real Threat The Liberal Media Won't Touch: Syria WMD

Syria, with Iran's help, has WMD like VX gas and other such weapons. The US won't go in and attack because if they did the smoke and dust would produce toxic clouds that would kill the population. It looks like the Syrian regime is quite secure. No wonder the media does not want to touch this topic and keep going on and on about Iran.

CNN the liberal media does not ever stop talking about Syria so what you say is not true. Secondly who cares if syria has wmds so does israel why not invade there first?

My question would be, why was the US military so keen to go in and take out Saddam's supposed WMD's (of course, we all know now that they knew he didn't have any) but are NOT willing to take out WMD's held by Syira?

Using the reasoning that the USA has given the world for previous conflicts, the presence of WMDs should accelerate the need for any attack, not abate it.

Sounds to me like a lot of speculation with little evidence, what else could you expect out of the United States propaganda machine? More sabre rattling and drum beating!

So if the US attacked, they would be concerned with Syrias WMD that would take out their own populace?

I think they would welcome that. It would prove we were right in invading.

All headlines like that tell me is that you

While it's certainly true that Syria has no 'hidden' Chemical Weapons program...it's 100% wide open for all to see...it's had this for many years. What baffles me is why the media focuses on the fact one exists?? It wasn't worthy to talk about in the past years while it was in full swing to build the stocks Syria has, so why should it matter so much now?

I'm just noting that we go ballistic after nations are found to have hidden WMD (or not), and everyone scrambles with half educated guesses and worst case fear mongering about what may or may not exist..and will it be used...and yaddah yaddah.

Well... No guessing needed. Syria hasn't tried to hide it beyond technical stuff NO nation makes public about their defense programs. If it wasn't worth a fuss about before the current setup to assassinate Assad, it sure isn't a justification now. Aside from that....

Assad isn't a raving lunatic and virtually NO nation would argue with killing him outright, by ANY means necessary, if he used Chemical Weapons on a large scale. So.. why worry? It's like Obama with Nukes. He has them, but will never use them and has all but told everyone this, so it's a totally moot point. In both examples.

The USA and France already have boots on the ground in Syria and the reason they have not gone in offical like to do the bidding of Israel is because Russia and China both said no.

Don't fear Syria and VX or mustard gas killing people in some far off land but do fear Iran who might not have any nukes to fend off the religious freaks in Israel but most likly have better biological weapons than the USA so go and smash the bees nest but don't go complaining when you get stung and saying you didn't know.
