Please Help with youtube videos not showing on ipad and smart phones script needed

Hello ATS, we've been building a website that shows video advertising, unfortunately we cannot launch the site due to the videos not being able to be viewed on smart phones and ipads could someone help me out please and post the script here, thank you I will be back later to check in?

Also could someone please give me the href html code on how to embed a url within youtube video's thank you so much for reading?

Maybe this Apple statement will help.; Apparently there will be no adobe flash support on iOS devices now or ever.

ETA I am assuming (possibly wrongly) that you are referring to flash videos and advertisements.

So okay i passed it on but it doesn't solve the problem the report from apple was from 2010 so we are now 2 years down the line and yes they can be viewed on ipods, ipads and smart phones these days, so if anyone has the information i would love to hear from you and i will be back again later to check in thanks for reading?
