I haven't been following your story for long, but from what I can gather, you are going through school, took in your sister who brought along with her a manifestation of raw evil disguised as a child, and are beng abused by said child. My advice is the same as everyone else, to throw the kid to the curb. You are letting her live with you, and are treatng her with as much decensy and kindness as humanly possible, yet she punches you and drags you by your hair. She needs to be thrown out. She is a parasite on your life that needs to be removed. You don't need to throw your sister out, as she seems to be as kind as you, but if she wishes to go with the kid then so be it.
As for the child abuse charges, the fact that you bought her a computer seems to be evidence to the contrary. To stop with the pathetic investigation brought on by the spawn of evil I suggest video taping the demon as she pulls your hair and punches you. That should be enough evidence to shut her up.
Do not allow this to go on longer, it can only get worse unless she leaves of her own accord. I understand that you do not want to harm your family, but when that family physically harms you and threatens your education, it is time to cut all ties.

I hate them all equally... god forbid they ever let one of their offspring alone with me, I'd likely bbq it. then serve it back to the parents.

And the best part is, they leave me alone

I was the only one who had computers, IT knowledge etc etc and at first ..

get this, my uncle who'd not spoken to me since my father died, calls me on xmas day..

"Merry xmas.. hows your mum... Oh btw, johnnys computers isnt working, any ideas?"
"Nope, cant tell from here, ummm..."

You're talking to a wall my friend.She won't listen to anything anyone has to say.I'm pretty sure she's just making # up to post.If what she was saying is true NO ONE is that naive.At this point I'm almost positive she's trolling for attention.No sane person would deal with anything she's posted about this kid.

Don't wuss out show her who's BOSS! You can't reason with insanity you have to overpower it.
