Israel wouldn't attack before handing out gas masks. So, until they hand out gas masks, don't expect an attack.

For Israel to attack before instituting this measure would be unconscionable. Not once in their history, before their attack on Iraqs nuclear facility, or the 2003 war with Iraq, has Israel forgone this measure.

How much more this would apply in attacking Iran.
