Weather Control

is weather control a possibility to be kept in mind? is there any scientific basis on this? i remember hearing something about the possibility of, in future, generate immediate weather changes using some sort of laser beams, which could create a kind of tropical storms effects. however this quite theoretical, and even if it was possible to do it, it would be impossible to effectivly control it.

can this be a possibility, not just to be used as a weapon of destruction but also as a "positive" weapon, which could avoid hurricanes and similar events?

Weather Control could be a possibility, I would say its the best way to attack an enemy.

But its scientific search aims only to achieve military and geopolitics strategic purposes?
