The Tree and its Seeds

Imagine humanity like a tree.

The first seed from where all the trees come from.

It was planted by someone or was brought by wind...

Each family can be a tree.Each family have a family tree.

Trees grow from seeds.

Trees have branches that grow leaves they have flowers that produce fruit.

Fruits fall to the ground and later in their seeds to sprout other offspring.

Where the first seed comes from?That is the question.

Im not even sure the Tree exist, how can I even begin to wonder about the first seed and its origin.

is this like a which came first type of thing? like the chicken and the egg? then i say the first person came from another planet

We all have roots somewhere towards the beginning.

That means evolution in time.

I have no proof that all of this everything, is not simply running on gods hard drive while he plays a game of sims.

I also have no proof that everything that is or ever was did not simply just come into existence a few moments ago exactly as it is now complete with history.

If the holographic universe where true, than everything is a projection and the movement of time is simply an illusion caused by our limited observation of the universe we live in.

There is so much mystery and wonder to the universe in real (testable) science that philosophy and mysticism seems quaint.

I think I my guess an answer to that problem,though will do no good to speak about,things could be more simple as complicate may look.

As timing our lives are to short to report our selves to the creation.

You can't really explain human origins without getting into evolution. Now let me ask you this. By humans, are you referring to homo sapiens, or the entire homo genus? The homo genus goes back about 2.5 million years, whereas homo sapiens go back between 200,000 and 300,000 years.

I assume picture is based on rDNA sequences. There should be e.g. a line from Alphaproteobacteria (in picture Rickettsia, but in reality close to SAR11 clade maybe) to Eukarya, because that's what our mitochondria used to be. Also, Planctomycetes should be IMO closer to the root of the tree, but then this is a phylogenetic tree of a gene or a few genes, not the entire genomes.. all though it does reflect true phylogeny very accurately..

p.s. "cellular seed" of eukarya (including plants, fungi, all animals, protozoa, etc.) was perhaps a fusion of archaeal and bacterial cell. Then shortly after that this new guy engulfed a alphaproteobacterium and so forth..

By the way, the book of Mark in the bible says Jesus gave a man his "sight" and that man immediately saw other men as trees.

Mark 8:23-26

"23And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.

24And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.

25After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.

26And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town. "

Knowledge is planted in our minds like a seed and every new idea grows up and forms its own tree interconnecting with other information on our minds which it finds relevant.

The bible says Adam and Eve ate of the "Tree of Good and Evil" and it also says that there is a "Tree of Life". Trees are frequently used as a metaphor for learning. I thought this was common knowledge?

Ye it is the tree of knowledge on which we all aspire but humanity is built like a tree from the first seed.
