Titanium or stainless steel can withstand lots of temp. These things will survive re-entry. If it's high grade titanium then your looking at $12 a lb salvage

Any flammable fuel in that tank has been burned off in the atmosphere. You can see the hot temps that melted everything where the nozzle use to be. If there is any traces of toxic anything on it like powder or what not, any large refinery is well equipped to handle any such toxicity in the refinery process. They handle stuff like that on a daily basis. I am sure they have some kind of air scrubber system. I never worked in a refinery, but I have worked in a chip plant and the ultra clean rooms that was air scrubbed, you would only find 1-2 parts per square foot. The outside air was absolutely filthy in comparison after a 12 hour shift of being in the ultra clean room I would cough all the way home
