Unexplainable Natural Changing Eye Colors

Born early with a normal childhood, but the last bit of my years in school people started saying how wierd my eyes where: I never noticed it befor, but they change color. No I don't do drugs/neither do my friends. My drivers Licence (which I got yesterday) say Hazel. Today they are Steel Blue with a ring of sprawled light brown around the pupil.
Anyone knows what this is from?

I have light green eyes, very pretty actually.. people always tell me that my eyes are the most magical part about me! And it's also those that gets me chicks!
Oh well, a bit offtopic..
But I've also noticed that my eyes sometimes changes into a bright blue instead, clearly another color of the usual green. It usually lasts a day...

Ive noticed that it usually occurs with diffrent weather situations... I dont know the words in english, so I cant specify though..
