Well sure lets think about how things fly.
Navigation is key and you need gyros and flight controls.

For the V2 you need a lot more going for you than the remote bomb V1.
Ever think a spy network picked some American secrets.
I know its a stretch cause Germany was so advanced.

There are a number trans Atlantic rocket designs Germany had if true
that show up on the internet from time to time.

Nice thread, but old news.

The V3 was also being designed to hit New York and Washington, and was the precursor of the Saturn V, which took Apollo astronauts to the moon.

Basically, the same Nazi scientists who were building the V3 were requisitioned for the NASA moonshot.

Sorry, but no. Wrong on just about all counts.
The V-3 was intended to bombard London from the Pas de Calais area, not to hit Washington, New York, or anywhere else in North America. It wasn't a precursor for the Saturn V (or any other spacecraft). It wasn't even a rocket, but a multi-chamber gun system. The only person who ever suggested a system like that for a Lunar launch was Jules Verne.

I'm still trying to figure out how a country that managed to start (and lose) two major wars within a generation, using equipment that had, for the most part, questionable reliability and even more questionable sanity has become the darling of tech junkies the world over.

Is there real evidence that the ramjet ontop the Do was part of the Trommsdorf design? Until now nobody seemd to be able to point out any known design that would match this ramjet.

The Nazi's were years ahead of the rest of the world...

They certainly knew their way around science...

Yip, I often wonder if Hitler had held off invading Poland for a year we would probably all be Sprechen sie deutsche.
