What forum should my post go into moderators?

I have had a great interest in black government projects and their budgets, i.e. CIA, etc. since high school and hearing of the infamous $200 hammers and $500 toilet seats.

I have followed this for years with the best and worst information available and in watching various television programs I have heard that the CIA shifted most of its black budget into NASA a few years back.

I don't think this includes DARPA and many other black project agencies.

But I have been researching the current NASA budget for 2013 for a few hours and I have found what I believe to be some very curious and interesting vendors / and DBAs with some very unusual names and fields of manufacture / expertise.

I am in the process of totaling the amount but at this time it appears there will be more than 100 million dollars paid to vendors / manufacturers in the State of Michigan alone in 2013.

Please advise as to the best venue for this research.
