Glorious Name! It is the truth I speak.
I walked in the city of men and I beheld a commotion within the tree above my head. By the Lord, I saw what I have never seen before.
There was a small finch, whose belly was full and he was fluttering around a branch where two larger birds of another kind sat, and this merry little
finch flew to each of the larger birds, and made a great fuss about each one, peeping and drawing near. I thought at first they were some kind of
fight, but my eyes could scarecly believe what I saw next.
This little finch, not much bigger than the palm of my hand, began to feed these larger birds, they opened their beaks and received the excess of this
little's birds abundant feast. He had barely finished feeding the second bird as a mother might feed her chicks, when I came and stood right
underneath the tree.
This little bird, who was quite fearless, took notice of me, and hopped down near to me, and peeped, and I quite clearly knew that he was asking me if
I wanted to share as well. I began to smile, for I had never seen such a wonder, and the little bird withdrew, perhaps coming to his senses at seeing
that a human being had drawn near to this rare and unheard of spectacle of nature.
And I thought, and received enlightenment. It was the lesson of the Lord's secret truth that I had learned.
Them who are full are them who feed others. This noble finch, with his little body, had a spirit of the Great Lord, who is honored by the nature of
all creatures.
So then my words are for mankind, who are proud in all their ways, yet here is a little bird that has perfected the law. Is your greed so fashionable
to you now?
Let Him who can receive it, receive it.
