Ticket holders for the taping of The Colbert Report set to run Wednesday night were met with disappointment--show staff sent an email saying that the taping would be canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances." Subsequent reports have revealed that it may be a family emergency keeping Stephen Colbert from his popular political satire show.

I was watching the Daily Show last night, and was waiting for a new episode of the Colbert Report, but when it came on, it was a re-run. The episodes on Monday and Tuesday were new, and I was taken off guard when I figured out this one was a re-run.

Ive always liked the Colbert Report, and hope every goes well with him and his family.
