This might be pushing it but I've never seen SO many people pulling for an Asian person, ever (not in the US anyhow). The Asian community has always
been kind of looked down upon and forgotten. They are stereotyped to be a computer nerd, loving anime, and automatically know kung-fu. Jeremy Lin is
obviously pretty smart but he's made everyone actually OPEN THEIR EYES so to speak, that other people can do something amazing as well. It's not such
a black and white world after all.
It is the year 2012 and there is supposed to be a global conscience awakening, now obviously I know this Jeremy Lin story won't last forever but it's
really opened doors for the Asian community now. Not just doors, but eyes, how people percieve them to be. I think this is great where this is
going!
What are you guys thoughts on this?
