'Vikileaks' cyberfoe aims to embarrass Vic Toews with Tweets of his private life

A critic of Vic Toews’ online surveillance bill has shown their opposition to the proposed legislation by creating a Twitter account that recounts the alleged details of the safety minister’s messy divorce.

“Vic wants to know about you,” reads the description for Twitter account @Vikileaks30. “Let’s get to know about Vic.”

I just recently covered Vic Toews in another thread where he said anyone who is against the new legislation that gives sweeping powers to police monitoring of communications, is support child pornographers.

In response to this, someone has created a twitter account where they are publicly posting quotes from affidavits of Vic Toews' divorce.

I think one of the best highlights in the article is probably the following quote:

Another tweet claims the affair was with the couple’s former babysitter and others attest Mr. Toews stopped paying his wife support.

“In February 2010 Vic closed the joint account into which the support was being deposited,” the tweet reads. “When I asked him to send the money to another account, he ignored me.”

So how old was the babysitter Vic?

If Trudeau tries to table legislation like Towes has done, then he deserves everything he gets in the future. However, if he stays away from tabling unconstitutional proposals, than let him be as sarcastic as he wants.

Here is the file number from the government on the divorce case that is being tweeted. I went to see if it was accessible online but couldn't get anything more than a listing of documents presented in the case.
