Any connection between the design of the new nickel/Federal Reserve/NWO?

The design of the next nickel of "The Westward Journey Series" was announced today. The first of the next two has Thomas Jefferson on the front like the current nickel, but bigger. On the back, is a new design of the Buffalo Nickel. The first Buffalo was minted in 1913, which, of course, is the year that the New World Order gained control of the Fed, probably the most important part of the success of NWO. On the back of the second nickel is a picture of the ocean and the exact phrase:
"Ocean in view! Oh! The joy!"

Anybody think this has any meaning?

The Quote is from the Lewis and Clark expedition when the Pacific was at last in sight. Nothing sinister in the new nickel that I can see.

I think it has to do with the NWO because they are changing all the Presidential portraits to show them with big noses. Everyone nose that the NWO people have big noses!
