Hi
has anyone here played this game (The Darkness 2) yet. (Releasedate 10.02.2012)
If so.., tell me do like it?
Its a Egoshooter type game, but still a little different then the rest.
BTW the story ain't that bad with a lot of secret society stuff woven in.
I'm about 50% through now, and its still "entertaining"
Just wanted to recommend this game to you.
The grafics are just the same like in "Borderlands" (Comic-Style renderings) also a 2K Studio-Game.

I used to collect The Darkness and Witchblade comics years ago. The game is supposed to be pretty good! I might get it!

Played the first game back when it came out some years ago, and it was a good game. Don't know about the second, but from what I heard they cut back on some of the powers of the darkness, and you can only summon one minion type to do your bidding but he is more versatile and you can even swap into his body to control him.

Also I heard they made lefty and righty more dynamic and useful in the second part, but a light bulb will still put them out of commission.
I forgot how the first game ended but from what I heard the second starts some years after the story of the first game.

Other then that I don't see that much of an update in the second part, I will probably rent it one day when I have nothing to do and play trough it. The game is supposed to be pretty good, but now a days if a game has no replay value then in my book at least there rentals.

Never played the first, but played the demo of 2. It was pretty good, gruesome and funny.
There seemed to be lots of upgrades you could earn, is this the case on the 1st one?
