Tomorrow, we're going to make an important announcement.

It is about a new Judicial Watch program that directly addresses the integrity of the 2012 elections.

We're going to break the news at CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) here in Washington, DC at a 9:30 am press conference.

Text As I write to you today, we have filed a staggering 800 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and more than 60 lawsuits against the Obama administration on issues ranging from Obamacare to continued funding of the criminal ACORN network; from tracking Wall Street bailout money to his unconstitutional use of czars who are accountable to no one but him, plus the attempted corruption of the 2010 and 2012 elections by senior Obama administration officials and their ideological allies.

There's some news about it here: www.judicialwatch.org...

It's not an unbiased group, though, and certainly not a group of moderates. In some ways it looks like a one-man vendetta against anything that Tom Filton finds liberal and offensive.

Their titles are misleading. A story titled "Judicial Watch Sues Obama Department of Energy for Records Detailing $529 Million Loan to Failing Green Energy Car Manufacturer" turns out to be a filing of a freedom of information lawsuit -- during the Bush years they cranked out one complaint a month. They've been having a field day with Obama, though.
