This is a thread, for me to brag a little bit, as I've been after an acid machine for as long as I can remember. And I have ordered one, made specially for ME!! It's a silver box of sexyness, and those who love the sound of a 303 will understand the pure joy I feel right now. I pick it up either tomorow, or wednesday. And I can't freakin' wait!!

I now need a beat machine, possibly a back engineered 808 or 909. Wish I could afford the real thing (same goes with the 303) but needs muct, and I MUST have computer music to make.

So, to wrap it up.....I'm going to make squelchy noises

that is all.

not on your life

(I can't even hold a guitar, as my arm is all bent out of shape and I'd have to play it left handed)

But, at the end of the day, can you handle 700 million instruments at once? I can('t)

The bloke near me makes them, he's on ebay (ggogle xoxbox sandy) ,but I'm saving 60 quid ebay/paypal charges, and a 25 quid carriage charge. It's win win

I'm so happy I could poop a rainbow!

Ugh. Horrible synthetic electronic sounds.

You should invest in a piece of beautifully handcrafted wood with metal strings.

Mine is pre-war (1934) and it sounds better than any modern or electronic device/instrument.

I like electronic sounds, especially the acid sound (hence the name) I guess it's horses for courses. I grew up in the rave scene, and have been DJing for about 15 years, so it's my thang and I love it. But nice one on owning an old school bit of kit, you must be well proud of it
(if I owned an actual roland tb303, I'd never leave the house)
