Although doubtful that this will happen, I think any politician who cannot run a surplus or break even should be ousted immediately. If I overdraw my checkbook I get penalized out the ying-yang......and I am just a low life peon. How much more should it apply to these so called professionals with unlimited resources to manage these numbers......all it takes is the ability to +,-,X, and /
