It makes no sense. HAARP is not capable of producing earthquakes. It is capable of affecting a small portion of the ionosphere above Gakona, Alaska.

I think ww3 has already begun and escalating to a point of no return.Who ever is controlling it is keen on keeping us on our toe's.I do believe technology has prevailed over the conventional methods of destruction and will continue to do so.History repeats itself in alternative methods of mayhem.
