Any Texan should know that they redrew the districting lines this year. Perhaps that has something to do with it also. Anyways thanks OP, I will try to look into the information in this thread.

I don't care how poor someone is, if they can't prove they're a citizen why should they be allowed to vote? Even the poorest people can afford ID cards anyway, it's not like they cost hundreds of dollars.
