Israel to UN: Tomorrow will be too late for action against Iran !!

I heard a very brief story on NPR out of Wake Forrest, NC today about noon . . . . 3 Israelis were arrested in Iran . . . they were posing as American CIA agents . . . .trying to recruit Iranians to undermine the government of Iran. The story was very short on details. I have tried to find more information about this story - anyone else hear about this?????

Many thanks for the links, Corruption Exposed - I am still learning how to find info on ATS and have very minimal computer skills. Tried for 2 days to put a photo under my ATS name and still haven't been able to figure it out. Just some of the downside of being of the over 60 generation. I have wanted to start a thread of my own but haven't because it seems so daunting. Upside of my age is that I've been around long enough to have developed a perspective and context to view all the wars we've been involved in. If we let Israel drag us in to another war we have learned NOTHING from past experience.

One may agree if that is what you believe they will do. They could follow under a ship and refuel proir to attacking but they would not come over hear they would launch at the mideastern targets and bases locally for a big impact. They could also lay low under a boat and refuel on any cloudy day to avoid sat detection. This could easily be done.

Problem is I would hope they would be picked up by some of our subs and acousitcal signatures which would differ from the standard vessel the signature would be some sort of anomaly.

Thank you for this experience based fact. I am from a different generation than you are and I have examined history enough to know that another war in these modern times is extremely unnecessary and only serves to make certain elitists richer. It is nice to hear from someone who actually lived through previous unnecessary wars. Sometime text books and articles can be very biased.

Another diplomat who invokes the spectre of a nuclear-armed Iran, without feeling the need to provide any evidence. This time it is the US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro. What did Shapiro mean when he said: “US won't be complicit in second Holocaust”. Is he implying, that the US was complicit in the first one, or is he using the same old appeasement Chamberlain/Hitler innuendo which has been used again and again to justify wars of aggression?

Daniel Pipes, whose Islamophobe writings inspired the Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik once stated:

“Diplomacy in general does not resolve conflicts. Wars end not due to peace processes, but due to one side giving up.” - Daniel Pipes

Pipes is one of those pundits, who is usually wrong and whose predictions never seem to fulfil. But in the Israel/Iran case his analysis of the ability of diplomacy to prevent conflicts might be spot on. If you appoint diplomats like Dan Shapiro and Ron Prosor who use their skills to incite a situation instead of attempting to calm it down, conflicts are not resolved, they are created.

Oh my word, what rubbish!
In Pinochle, when you bid, or at an auction, you actually have to name a number or price. What was the actual "bid" by Iran to start this second holocaust against Israel?
Is this Shapiro clown gonna give us the "he said Israel should be wiped off the map" garbage or will he just throw that rhetoric at us and hope it sticks? Shapiro is a sick individual for spinning such a sour moment in history for his benefit.

It looks more and more like these "officials" (all of them !) are acting in tandem.

Almost like a script has been written and approved by a single group of muney hunger mungers.

TV soap operas and drama series' do this too !!

Only difference is the political conflicts play for keeps !!
