DID I just film HAARP?

hello ats ive been a stalker on here but not got an acciunt. ive looked into haarp and done lots of research but today i filmed it myselgf on my phone not sure what to make of it, i was listening to music and u can hear it in vid backhround but also some nioses from outside that i dnt know what they are??? Very wierd?

Yeh its smoke in my room but the way it makes those waves is wierd and it didnt do it before ever also the sound's weird?

And if there was a sound outside your window, why not film that?
