I do have ties to the PSYOP community, so when I know...so shall you. It should be amusing to watch.
All to often these things are created to justify some officers billet, who knows nothing about social media, nor will they listen to those who do. I may be wrong in this case, but I doubt it. I have many years of experiance with the "Good Idea Fairy".
All together this is not a bad idea...how they implement it though is another story.
