The Cup That Cannot Be Filled

The idea that there is an all-powerful source of organisation, call it a "supreme being" or a "global hierarchy" allows us to believe that we have to fight against something in order to attain freedom, it allows the general population to be taken "off the hook" when there is a "scape goat".

If you take the sum total of humanities thoughts, and then project them into actions (as is the case) you will have the world as we know it. That means, to hope for a better world, we must all collectivley change our ways of thinking, however, most people are far too concerned with negative, egotistical thoughts, and what we see in our world is thus a projection of our collective negativity, as opposed to some kind of "evil".

The up-hill battle is to take control over our minds, to weed out our negative thoughts and feelings, and to be honest with ourselves and others - something that cannot really be "taught" - however, in the end, cooperation and productivity, "evolution" if you will, will generally ensure that the only way is "up", granted that we do not completley obliterate ourselves.

Negative has to exist in order to have Positive and there must be a neutral point between them to say one is better then the other is but a point
