First on CNN: Perry to drop out Thursday

One more down. Gingrich is imploding as well. That leaves Ron Paul and Romney, and Santorum is next!

The timing is really strange because surely he knows about the coming implosion of Gingrich. And, Perry did really well in the debate.
But, I know Perry and his politics and I am glad to see him go.

By the looks of it Ron Paul could be the nominee just through pure chance because e veryone has defaulted. Surprised with Romeny it will either be the money in the caymans or the fact he might not even be elegible to sit for POTUS. We can only hope that it is RP v Obama because RP will tear him to shreds the other scenario could be the ones that have paid for Romney's campaign could turn around and switch it to Santorums account but can't see him doing anything decent against RP.

If perry endorses Gingrich, and the the Gingrich interview airs and it is as scathing as we think it is going to be this will be good news for the Paul camp.

You would think. I thought the timing was odd myself.

It wasn't that long ago, there were several here that were saying Ron Paul has NO chance...forget about it...won't happen...you are dreaming.
I wonder if they will come a calling.

*crossing fingers*

There's so much that's made me angry this time around, but there also seems to be a weird aligning of the stars. I'm definitely itching to find out what's up with Newt, I already downloaded and saved McCain's oppo file on Romney as I figure it will definitely be useful when we get to that point, Santorum...ugh, I definitely don't see going anywhere...

I'm hoping against hope, but should I not feel as good about this as I do?

I'm still not seeing much of a chance for Ron Paul.

He is still fighting for third place in SC...he may get 4th.

Same scenario in FL where he said he isn't going to even campaign because it is winner take all and he knows he has no chance of actually winning in FL.

People keep saying that Perry and Gingrich's supporters would flood to Ron Paul...exactly what proof do you have of that? In polls I've seen, even as a second choice for the nominee, Romney still beats Paul by a large margin. And please don't tell me it's twitter polls that show you this

So Perry is endorsing Mr. Family Values Gingrich?
Can you say OUT OF TOUCH!

Now if we could just get him to step down as Governor of Texas!

I can't stand that lying d-bag!

Perry dropping out today and indorsing Newt !!!

Newt has momentum! The truth is making Newt skyrocket in the polls. It turns out
that Obama really IS the Food Stamp President.

Obamas career will be imploding by stalling the Keystone Pipeline.

Remember, you heard it HERE first.

With Perry gone and indorsing Newt that should have Newt winning South Carolina

and probably winning in Florida. We now have momentum.

Its delegates that count. It is ridiculous to say that Romney will run away with this if he wins SC. There are 25 delegates at stake which would bring us up to about 40 out of 1100 needed or about 3%. All Paul has to do is stay close to Romney until its just him and Romney up on that stage and in the national press everyday for 5 months.

Have you heard about the FBI investigation into Gingrich and the arms deal? This could blow up if certain powerful people want it to.

We are now down to 4. Who should drop out next? Ron Paul? Look at the polling data.

Ron Paul was booed at the last debate. It's over.

Dropping out? It's about time. GO HOME RICK! Oh wait .. he's endorsing Newt.

Just in time for Newts string of ex-wives and girl friends to come out and destroy his campaign.
Guys .. you missed the memo ... Mitt Romney is the crown prince.
