Its the U.S.A., what do you expect? Their definition of human rights is nowhere near the internatioanl definition of human rights. Because of how tightly controlled their society is, they can state there is no human rights violations and people will buy it because all they see is one side of the story.

If I had to choose between the Us and Chinese system, it will be the Us hands down every day of the week and twice on Sundays.
