Headed to Columbia now for the press conference with Ron Paul at the SC State House where State Senators Lee Bright, Kevin Bryant and Danny Verdin will endorse Ron Paul. Please support South Carolina's most socially and fiscally conservative senators for standing strong for the core values of real reform in South Carolina.

Tom Davis Facebook Page

This is good news for Ron Paul. The floodgates may open soon, as more people see Paul as electable.

I like everything Paul says. It will be too good to be trye if he wins. talk about real and actual change.

After watching the debate last night...I wonder if the Senators are embarrassed by their constituents less than stellar reactions in the audience. It serves them/audience right to have their own elected officials back Ron Paul. The only candidate calling for less war.

It was really embarrassing as a human being witnessing Paul getting booed for not wanting to go and kill people overseas. They were not really fond of the golden rule were they?
Christians? Hardly.

Having the support of influential local politicians is great, S.C. local news will pick up on it and it could sway many undecided or soft supporters to go Ron's way.

This is nothing but GREAT news.

I think it will.
Many (most) political figures are cowards. So, when some of the more principled step out, it can lead to more and more. We can only hope.

That embarrassed me as a South Carolinian, also. Booing 'the Golen Rule'? Really? That really helped me grasp why I can no longer align myself with conservatives.

Holy mole frijole quacamole....
WHAT THE HECK WAS WRONG WITH THE AUDIENCE LAST NIGHT!?!?!
Not just towards Paul, but in general...
a bunch of freakin' lunatics were ALL UP IN THAT PLACE.

Seriously, the whole time I was like
WHAT
IS
GOING
ON
?!?!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was really bewildered by that freak show of a crowd...

Like I said in my comment on that vid:
Thanks for embarrassing our entire country (like we needed any help)
Maybe we should rethink that whole secession thing...
(seriously though, WHAT WAS THAT?!)
OH WAIT! How could I forget...

I don't know when so called conservatives started believing that you have to go bomb other countries to be "conservative".
I always thought most conservatives were Christian. These people don't sound Christian, but I am sure it is not limited to S.C.

None of the polls they have on the MSM don't matter anyways...So yeah of course he won't do well on those. They are pointless polls anyways.
