Open to all possibilities, balloon? kite? I dont think its CGI to be honest though.

Doesnt seem to be moving intelligent, just kind of floating in the wind I suppose, whatever it is looks pretty odd.
right at the end the guy manages to zoom in pretty far.

To me it looks like one of those radio controlled ufo toys you get.

The way it moves just seem a bit mechanical, and not truely "extraterrestrial".

Also it looks to be rather small.

what it was is a UFO balloon test conducted by the crew of FACT OR FAKED. look close at the surroundings specially at the roofs of the houses. they were conducting an experiment and someone saw the balloon and thought that it was an actual UFO saucer. look at the same circular motion the balloon and that alleged saucer makes. If that's a real UFO it won't act like that. and the same plane passed by.

same location. Lake Havasu, Arizona

so there you go.

The guy who filmed it has done a very good job at getting reference points in there as well as the object, and the plane at the end topped it off

I'd say this is 100% real, but the object in question - I have no idea. . Maybe this one is man made because it look like the pilots intoxicated

Nice find mate

Wow that one is pretty good, best one i have seen on this site so far i think. Congrats! S+F.

Can´t wait to see what the debunkers come up with on this one. The only one i could possibly think of myself is if this is some kind of RC controlled UFO Toy... but seems to be abit far up for that... AWESOME!

Nice one PFCstryker, you nailed it !

The guys who film this obviously had no knowledge of this documentary, it is easy to see now how easy it is for someone to create what appeats to be a 'ufo'!

Unless I'm mistaken, the Fact or Faked balloon experiment took place after and as a result of the original Lake Havasu video. They were trying to see if they could create a similar video using a UFO-shaped balloon. In fact, they show a clip from the original video alongside their own subsequent video. From the clip you linked to, it's really difficult to tell if they were successful in their experiment. For some reason, they never show more than about two or three consecutive seconds of the video footage of their balloon, whereas we have several minutes worth of footage of the original object to look at. Even in the few seconds of "fake" footage they do show, it is apparent that their balloon/UFO is a bit on the floppy side. One of the team members even remarks that the balloon did not appear as "rigid" as the object in the original video. I don't think "balloon" can be ruled out as an explanation for the original object, but I just thought I'd mention a few things I noticed that should be taken into consideration.

Thank you for pointing it out but, Trust me man, It is not a UFO saucer. I've seen how they fly and levitate and that's not how it is. (the video posted by the other member) and the show is timed every experiment conducted by the separated teams are time limited so even if they want to show more they can't because it's the networks policy. and the video posted by the other member is not (the actual alleged UFO saucer video) that fact of faked is trying to debunk. they just got caught in a crossfire, saw the balloon being used by FOF that minute thought it was a real UFO in the air not knowing that a bunch of people is working it out down there they got it on camera, BAM. now they got a UFO video.

I suspect it probably is the FOF balloon, but too bad all people who video things in the sky don't have the UFO filming skills of the guy who made the video, hehe. Even if it is something known, he did a great job doing the video!

The object in the OP's video is obviously not the FOF balloon, as the whole point of doing the experiment was to try to make a video that looked as much like the Lake Havasu footage as possible. Again, the video posted by the OP was shot prior to, not simultaneously with, the FOF experiment, as is apparent from the fact that the original footage is shown alongside the experimental footage.

Another thing I noticed is that the FOF girl says that the balloon they are using can be found really easily on the internet and purchased for a couple hundred dollars. Maybe I'm just not very search savvy, but I can't seem to find that balloon anywhere online. Perhaps someone with more web skills than me can provide a link to a site that sells that balloon. It's clear that if that same balloon - which admittedly does quite closely resemble the object in the Lake Havasu video - can be readily obtained online, it would seem to increase the likelihood that the object in the Preston video is such a balloon.

If, on the other hand, we cannot find that balloon for sale online (although other less elaborate UFO balloons are available), it seems likely to me that FOF may have had that balloon specially made for that experiment, in which case they could have constructed the balloon to match the appearance of the object in the Preston video.

Once again, we can't rule out the balloon explanation, but there are some holes that should be filled in before we can dismiss the footage completely. One way to fill in one of those holes is to find the FOF balloon for sale online. This would definitely be a big step toward dropping this video into the hoax file.

Can anyone do it?

That is totally the one. Eeeesh. A couple hundred bucks? Since when does $700 qualify as a couple hundred? The Lake Havasu vid is now, in my opinion, balloony enough to warrant no further attention. Thanks for your help.
