Washington (CNN) – Mitt Romney is all tied up with President Barack Obama in a likely general election matchup, with the president showing signs of weakness on the economy and Romney seen as out of touch with ordinary Americans, according to a new national survey.

And a CNN/ORC International Poll released Monday also indicates that Rep. Ron Paul of Texas is also even with Obama in another possible showdown this November. The survey also suggests the Republican advantage on voter enthusiasm is eroding, which could be crucial in a close contest.

Ron Paul is the only contender who has a serious shot at beating Obama. Ron Paul is the only real conservative on the GOP stage. Mitt is cut from the same cloth as Obama and is totally corporate funded, so there really is only one choice. Ron Paul Rloveution.

Obama 08 voters... many of them are now voting for Ron Paul

You want to beat Obama?
You HAVE to chose the one that will not only have all the conservatives vote for him but also Dems and independants
And that is Ron Paul!

OK, I get it now. The GOP has been "hiding" Ron Paul to use as a secret weapon when the time is right. Obama is weak, lame on the economy, and Romney is out of touch with the people. They've kept Paul waiting in the wings and once they acknowledge him and show him to the world he'll take off like a rocket and capture the Oval Office. Good strategy!
