The ip addresses starting with 192 in that image look to be local services. 192.168 is a common ip range for dhcp(ex. 192.168.1.1 to
192.168.1.200).
I recommend using smoothwall its linux based on. install it on a old crap box computer with 2 network cards or 3 network cards.
say something with 1.5 Ghrz CPU, 512 meg of ram. no less than 4 gig harddrive.
nic card 1 = red interface(your internet modem out to the internet)
nic card 2 = green interface(is your network)
nic card 3 = orange interface(which could be your other network, wireless maybe?, vpn)
You can have more interfaces but who needs that.
if a useless old computer laying about use it. I think they have a plugin that will block a list of IP's and ranges. so if you could easily block that
Chinese ip range.
I'm going to setup up mine again in a few days.
www.smoothwall.org
good luck.
