acting like he is going through with campaign promises to streamline Gov. it looks like Obama is making a Power grab interestingly they compare his action to that of the Great depression with the excuse that

He said Congress first granted this authority during the Great Depression so presidents "could swiftly reorganize the executive branch to meet the changing needs of the American people and the immediate challenges of the Great Depression."

what that really means is streamlining the way for the war machine just like it allowed in WW2 during the great depression.
seeing any similarities to the depression era here? i sure am.

A great financial depression caused by the banking system itself. check.
sanctions on a foreign country causing anger and military war posturing from both sides.check.
lines and allies being drawn, world powers military being strategically positioned.

I have been warning of a power grab like this from Obama or his admin. it comes in the form of protection we need our glorious leader to protect us so lets give him more power...its funny how they mention the DHS later in the article.

He noted the Department of Homeland Security "reports to over 100 different congressional panels." He said his administration, during the past three years, has tried to rectify some wasteful wrongs by paring government when possible and taking advantage of 21st century technology.

right there shows his true intentions free up the Dept. of Homeland security in the guise of more efficiency, what is really happening is the unraveling of the checks and balance system that keeps the DHS in line... soon enough I fear we will see Obama appoint a select group within the DHS that will be under his strict command.

He shows his motivation and lack of Gov. knowledge with quotes like this.

seems like he has no regard for our Gov. and the way it works he knows best so lets all sit back and watch him continue to rewrite our US history.

Its simple really...

Im not sure what part of Article II sections 1-4 Obama and Holder dont understand.

I bring Holder up because his opinion on the constitutionality of Obamas unilateral actions is what allowed Obama to take these steps.

If he keeps it up he's going to get a first hand look at the impeachment process.

Hahaha, its way too late for that move to try and bring the public back on side. Barry screwed up when he sold out to the bankers.

Only reason for this is because there is an elecion comming up and he needs public support. Maybe if he didnt introduce the illegal TSA, the Illegal radiation machines, the illegal war in Libya, the illegal NDAA etc... He might have stood a chance.

In regards to your 2nd video, at the moment that woman inspector general started back peddling she should have been arrest for conspiracy and obstruction .Then the department of treasury and secret service should have issued warrant for all members in the federal reserve, and a complete audit should have been done and all unauthorized recipient to the funds should have been drag-netted and all their assets seized

If even a smidgen of anything we the people would attempted to hide from the gooberment they would have had us on the ground with their knee in our necks disappearing us forever..this Video within itself is an act of war and we the people have the right to defend ourselves against these monsters

Does this take the cake on obama and holder? In fact it takes the second amendment and trash it into the bin for recycling, if not for due dilligence on the part of the fourth estate. Finally something worthwhile from them!

I can believe it. When Representative Giffords was shot in the head there was a push for strict gun control from a Representative from New York. That rep lost her husband (I think) to a gun related crime so its been her quest to get rid of them.

The majority of our elected officials have no idea what they are doing and have no concept / knowledge of the Constitution.. That alone should reinforce the view that our educational system sucks.

The way our government is currently operating is akin to rearranging deck chairs on the titanic.

It seems you forgot rackettering, conspiracy to commit treason, money laundering, embezzlement, dereliction of duty, etc. In the old days someone convicted of treason would be summarily executed after the trial, but the more I think about it, the more lame the punishment seems to be.

Life in a guatemalan prison with no sanitation seems better. The doctor perscribes daily torture as part of his/her rehabilitation experience. FIll the room with rhodents and critters, give them electroshock therapy to stimulate their senses by varying the voltage. Sleep should not exceed 4 hours a day as noise pollution(sorry I meant music) should be given in healthy doses. Pull their nails, pinch their eyeballs, etc. Under these conditions one can only HOPE they live to 200 years old.

Executions are for far, far lesser crimes!

It looks like these agencies have something in common.

Maybe all "business" related.

What does Obama need to gain.

Think about it !

He does NOT do anything that helps the majority of U.S. citizens does he ?

What Galls me the Most about this Man is his Obvious Utter Contempt for the American People who Intrusted to him the Highest Office in the Land Only to see him Abuse our Nations Laws ,( The Constitution ) Time and Time Again due to his Misguided Socialistic Philosophy.
