Hello, I've been a lurker for quite awhile now. About 3 years maybe, I signed up nearly a year ago but I've continued to lurk instead of participate. The topics dicussed here are interesting, and I enjoy reading everyones responses, I've just never had anything useful to add.
I'm sure I'm not supposed to talk about other things on my introduction thread, and I hope I don't get in trouble. A friend emailed me a link to this article discussing a possible cause to the mysterious bird deaths, its very alarming! It sure has me scared, and I'd love to hear the opinion of the good folks here at ATS.
I'm not sure how to post bits of the article so, I'm posting the link - so please take a look its from naturalnews. Also, for those of you who know how perhaps you could post a piece of the article for those who would prefer to read it here? Thanks!

www.naturalnews.com...

The article discusses if humans are next but it doesn't really answer the question... What do you guys think? And, please be nice to the newbie
.

Natural News is about as useful as the Weekly Word News.

Welcome to ATS.

Welcome!

In response to your question and article: I don't think the shifting poles are letting in "space clouds" full of harmful radiation or deadly cold air. Earth's poles are indeed shifting - but we still have a strong magnetic field.

That doesn't mean there isn't still a possible relationship between these bird deaths and the Earth's pole shift - migratory birds use magnetic signals to navigate. Where there are fluctuations in Earth's magnetic field birds can become confused and disoriented. Liken in to a pilot in an aircraft flying on instruments alone - if the pilot's instrumentation fails but he is unaware that he is getting incorrect readings, he very well might fly his craft straight into the ground.

Recently in my state we had a major bird die off - it was attributed to a stormy, hazy sky that apparently made a walmart parking lot appear to the birds as a body of water. These particular birds dive from flight into water, and mistakenly attempted to dive into asphalt.

If there were radioactive space clouds, or super cooled air space clouds, we would have solid reports of their effects because at any given time there are thousands or even tens of thousands of planes and helicopters in the sky. With the frequency of bird deaths they are trying to attribute to this alleged phenomenon, there is no way it wouldn't have been witnessed and reported from this standpoint by now.

And yeah, Natural News can be an interesting read - but I would verify everything I read there 100% before allowing myself to consider it as truth. Natural News has an agenda, just like everyone else. (some agendas are worse than others, so this isn't always a bad thing!)

Anyway, welcome again - hope to hear more from you on the forums!

I read an article by National G that said many experts believe it to be from loud noise. most the birds being found are birds that fly in massive size flocks. A loud enough noise could cause confusion, mainly while roosting. They seem to think fireworks are a big issue in the matter. Not saying i believe the therory, but it does seem like a lot of these stories come up during firework season. I read the article youre talking about too. from a third party news site. claiming our atmosphere is producing a lot more co^2 at higher levels. I'm pretty sure its always been that way though, right?. I mean, am i wrong when i think less o^2 means more co^2 and the higher you go, the less o^2?

Welome to ATS Like you I had been lurking instead of participating but always enjoying reading comments of the people. I don't know about the poisoning issue but I worry more about other things like economic collapse and HAARP (not fully understanding what its for but I don't think shooting things into the ionosphere is any good for the climate either) but welcome hope to see you around the board.

I'm not planning on dying anytime soon. Today I'm baking 12 carrot cakes, to stick in the freezer with the 18 butternut squash cakes I baked yesterday. Got a great deal on cases of veggies.

As long as I'm baking, neither the world, nor mankind, will end.

Welcome to ATS...enjoy the ride...

Hydrogen Cyanide makes a very poor choice for a chemical weapon.

The problem is that HCN is lighter than air and will rise and dissipate very quickly when released as a gas in to the environment.

If used as a chemical weapon all the persons in the effected area need to do is hold their breath for less than a minute. No protective gears is needed.

If a human is sprayed with HCN, the HCN will evaporate faster than it can be absorbed thru the skin.

This is not a guess on my part, I have had first hand experience working with HCN at a HCN plant for 5 years.

So there are many other chemicals that make a much better choice for chemical weapon.

I am not saying that HCN has not been used as a chemical weapon, it has, but today there are much better choices.

I do find the speculation of a cloud of space gases heavy in HCN are what is killing the birds very interesting.

It has always been apparent that the culprit had to be some form of toxic air.

I have thought that it was more likely to be a methane release. Methane could explain not only the bird kills, but the fish kills as well.

Welcome
As to your question:
"Are we going to die from cyanide poisoning?"
You are most likely to die from NWO induced cancer.

Are we going to die from cyanide poisoning?

Yes. Say goodbye to your loved ones, you don't have much time left.

The poles are shifting?? Do you have a source for that?? Because the sources i read told me something very differently. Pole shifts happen on random, which means it is absolutely impossible to know when it will happen.
Also the magentic field right now show no signs of reversal and is in fact stronger than AVERAGE right now even though it has been declining for quite some time. It has declines more than now plenty of times in the past only to suddenly strengthen again without any pole shift happening.

If the magnetic poles do shift there will still be a magnetic field, there wont be added radiation danger.
