Is it me and if this was a test, then does North Korea care nothing about human life.

In my honest opinion, if this was a true test of a nuclear weapon in North Korea. Then do they care little about anyone. Doesnt Radiation spread very very far and could possibly hurt other countries such as China or Russia near North Korea as well as themselves.

the USA and britain have had hand in far more than the possible one by noth korea, if infact it was a nuclear bomb. behold:

so from what i can imagine, north koreas attribution (until it has been confirmed) to the worlds environment is somewhat miniscule in comparison. even though side effects can be drastic from nuclear weapons via radiation, i do not think it is the number one pollutant. dfh out.
