I realize many of you are going to go ape sh1t on me for asking such a question within a conspiracy site, but hey lets face it, if this site was funded by the cia...i should have had an internal memo ....!

moving right along and back to my question, what form of social interaction on a digital level does ats have or has,or is perhaps planning to establish ?
