They made one shortly after nukes were invented ! It would kill the operator though! Even though he shot it.

Now best way is a mini h bomb; although the way you ignite it ...well need to know info. Do you have a city you'd like to destroy? Bad subject, bombs are useless tools of the weak when not used out of necessity... rather hate or jealousy.

Regards fast feet they more likely are envisages as some sort of rifle grenade device. A lump of uranium 233 or plutonium 239 the size of an asprin tablet could be induced to create an explosion with a radius of 600 metres and half a kiloton.

Because the technology is scalable, a small speck in a rifle grenade could conceivably destroy a massed unit.
