The Welfare Poets, Amazing Music With a Message

Members on ATS often have a skewed and negative image of Hip Hop. This is not the fault of Hip Hop but rather their own fault for not looking hard enough for real Hip Hop. The artist in this video, is a maths teacher and conscience MC and raps about social justice, the American Union and Jihad in this song. The beat is moving and I though people on here would apreciate it.

We aren't all hip-hop haters friend. This is some powerful stuff right there. Socially applicable lyrics instead of the usual bling bling and young, scantily clad ladies shaking their jiggly bits in the camera. Me like, in any case. Thanks for posting.
