Charge dropped against man accused of farting

this is old new and it is not a joke - but funny anyway - right about 40 seconds into this video - additional charges were brought against a west virginia man after he had already been arrested for d.u.i. because a "cop" said it was very odorous and created contact of an insulting and provoking nature - WTF! -
