They got it right this time, WRAL NEWS... intruder was shot, and no charges are expected for shooting the intruder.


North Carolina's Castle Doctrine law, updated on Dec. 1, allows homeowners to assume intruders mean them ill whether they have a weapon on not.


Its about time that old nc law was updated, for once the politicians got a law on the books that makes better sense
