I am looking for a film, that I found on this site...I believe.
It was of martial law and surviving the oppression...it started off with a guy carring water, to a semi trailer and then was bartering inside, when he leaves...the black SUV's come and get the guy in the trailer...it ends with a guy in a wheelchair getting taken...and him saying...for those that make a peacful revolution inpossible, make a violent one inevitable....

I posted this here, because I am like 90% sure it was here that I first saw it...
Can anyone help me out here?
