This is not a big deal so I thought I would draw attention to it. This is just an industrial accident. When a sub goes into dry dock the reactor has
been cooled down for a long time. The decay heat generated by the power plant is so low that it is easily removed by the surrounding air in most
cases.
Fox reported earlier the fire started in wooden scaffolding setup outside the dry docked hull; and they had already powered down the reactor...no
biggie...
